We are looking for a part-time Finance & Admin person at Sherpa - to assist with month end tasks, general admin and Office Management and also supporting special projects with our CEO.

Would suit someone looking for a flexible role that fits around existing commitments - based in Bedford at our offices for 3-4 hours per day or hours to suit.

The UK’s fastest growing tech Marketing Agency is looking for a highly organised, efficient Account Director with a bucket load of ambition to join our team to deliver global ABM programmes. You may be an established Account Director or an Account Manager ready for your next step up.

Working on two key global accounts this is an important role within the Senior team, reporting into our CSD. You’ll need to be a force to be reckoned, a strong character when it comes to getting the job done. You’re great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the various elements organised and delivering results for our Clients.

We employ based on several criteria, and previous experience is just one of these. We are more interested in you as a person and your personal qualities.

Inside Sales Executive

Reporting to – Inside Sales Team Leader 

Position Overview

As the Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a number of clients allocated to you by the Inside Sales Team leader, directly targeted on the required SQLs for each partner. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic team player, who is able to thrive in a target driven environment.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting weekly KPIs
  • Weekly reporting to the Inside Sales TL
  • Managing multiple client sales campaigns simultaneously
  • Communicating with account managers to understand and facilitate each client’s needs
  • Managing resources efficiently e.g. resourcing the workload rather than peaks; as you will be working on multiple accounts daily
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers within the boundaries of company processes and procedures.
  • Utilising the Company’s CRM system to ensure central tracking of all opportunities

By managing a range of different campaigns and clients, you’ll be required to:

  • Identify, qualify and guide prospects through the buying cycle to close-of-sale
  • Cross and up-sell to existing customers
  • Nurture key prospects and customer relationships for the long-term
  • Integrate our efforts within a multi-channel strategy

 Essential Skills

  • Ideal candidates will have a drive and passion to make sales for the company via the telephone. You will need to be hungry and confident to work within a fast-paced and highly targeted environment.
  • Must have excellent email and phone etiquette
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once
  • It is imperative that the successful candidate has the ability to negotiate to achieve the best returns on investments.

Desired Skills

  • Marketing and CRM experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience of using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of the tech channel and sales process within it.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
