Growing the Sherpa Team

The technology industry is continuously evolving and as a leading Tech marketing agencywe, at Sherpa, are continuously adapting alongside it. We utilise our extensive Marketing expertise and the variety of our teams’ professional histories to continuously improve our services and ensure our clients’ needs are our priority. However, providing the high level of service that we offer wouldn’t be possible without having the right people in the right roles. 

To support our growth in servicing clients, we are pleased to announce another new member of the Sherpa team.  We welcome Genna Clayton who joins Sherpa in a Marketing and Sales position. Genna joined us in April and comes from a Hospitality Marketing and Management background. She brings with her an array of transferrable skill, in particular, strong multi-tasking abilities and a ‘people’ orientated focus which will be advantageous when it comes to making a success of this dynamic client-facing role.

Pascale Smith, Director, says “We are delighted to welcome Genna to the team. She is a natural multi-tasker and her background in marketing means she has been quick to get under the skin of what Sherpa are about. Within the client management team and specialists team, we house an incredible amount of experience, insight and expertise. Part of Genna’s role is going to be to help bring that out and be able to talk to existing and prospective clients about their objectives and how we can use our expertise to help solve their marketing challenges.”

Genna will be working closely alongside Company Director, Pascale Smith and Head of Marketing, Lois Dixon, to support the shared business goal of having a fully integrated and blended Sales & Marketing team.

Genna says that “Joining Sherpa has already been a such a positive experience for me. It’s a rare opportunity to be able to work alongside a team of individuals that are so personable, ambitious and supportive. The potential for professional and personal development is huge too and I cannot wait to see what my future at Sherpa holds”.
